Richard was raised in the Leigh Valley of Pennsylvania where he has remained, loving the rich history and opportunities the area has to offer. Although he graduated High School with good marks, his family could not afford to send him to college. Instead Richard started working as a laborer for a local Real Estate Investor — a tough job with long hours, built on an ever-changing array of demands from renovation and repair projects, to cleanups and lawn maintenance.
Richard thrived in this environment as he was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that is what he did. Nose to the grind stone and willing to try any new challenge laid in front of him.
As the years went by, Richard’s ambitions grew progressively larger, leading to his decision to enter Pennsylvania State University as a full time Engineering student some six years after High School. Only three years later he would graduate with both a two and four year Engineering Degree. Immediately returning to full time employment, Richard started a very lucrative career as an Automation Programmer working in the Manufacturing and Energy Sectors.
During this time, Richard was investing heavily in real estate. However, he was always dismayed at the lack of skills and enthusiasm of the agents he worked with. Sensing an opportunity and a new challenge, Richard became a Realtor, determined to be the kind of agent he would want to hire.
He believes in doing things a little differently than most; show up at a client’s house in a black town car and two-piece suit, NEVER, but be willing to help everyone around him even if they are not clients, oh heck YES! Do you need advice or guidance on your next home sale or purchase? Yes, then feel free to reach out and ask! This is precisely why he has published his number and email directly in this site! Richard loves helping those around him with Real Estate, client or not, he simply believes in faithfully serving all those in need.
So what’s the catch? No one gives away free information without expecting anything in return, right? But with Richard there really is no catch! A heartfelt thank you and the hope of your referral to friends and family is all he could ever ask.
Richard lives in the Lehigh Valley with his wife Jessica and son Nathan. His investment holdings have enabled him to pause his engineering career while he continues to grow as a full time Real Estate Investor and Licensed Realtor.
